SWING INTO LIFE PROGRAM
SWING INTO LIFE ALLOWS STUDENTS TO DEVELOP KEY SKILLS THAT WILL ALLOW THEM TO LEAD A MORE ACTIVE AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
As a part of the program, schools and students are invited to participate in an activity course which includes a number of different obstacles and activities that encourage students to work as a team and overall build confidence whilst being physically active.
The course will be adjusted to suit the needs and ages of all students to make sure that it is done in a safe and fun environment and the course has links to the Australian Curriculum.

Year GroupS
The program covers Years 2 to 11*, and can be customised to suit the needs of any student in this range.
*Each group to have no more than a 2 year level variance across participants.

Group Size
Groups are a minimum number of 20 participants per session
Time Frame
Swing Into Life is a 90 minute structured program, including instructional, practical and reviewing elements across a range of obstacle course and problem solving tasks.
When
Sessions can take place either-
Monday, Tuesday or Thursday across 3 session times:
- 9.30 – 11:00 am
- 11:00am – 12.30pm
- 12.30 – 2:00pm
Wednesdays across 2 session times:
- 9.30 – 11:00 am
- 11:00am – 12.30pm
Cost
- for up to 50 students $25 per per person
- for over 50 students a discount may apply

All sessions take place @ BFIRM’s Outdoor Activity Centre

What to bring
Drink bottle and a change of clothes.There is a toilet block available onsite for changing at the end of the session.
Safety
All activities are conducted by qualified trainers and full course risk assessments are available for group organisers.
