School Kids Programs

One-on-one personal training is still safe in line with social distancing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The means outdoor personal training sessions are limited to one-on-one only, with strict social distancing rules still in place.

We have sessions for kids that are extended out to 90 minutes, but as it’s maximum of two people only – this means trainer plus one participant, so parents and carers cannot remain for their child’s activity; drop-off and pickup only.
